NSalary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

NWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Villa Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of luxury villas in North Goa. This role combines property operations, facilities coordination, and guest relations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the dailyoperations of assigned luxury villas.

Ensure villas are maintained to the highest presentation and operational standards.
N
Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
N
Supervise housekeeping and operational support teams.
N
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and in-house guest experiences.
N
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and operational issues.
N




Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
N
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
N

nREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years' experience in villa management, hospitality operations, hotel operations, property operations, or a similar hospitality setting.

Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
N
Excellent communicationand problem-solving abilities.
N
Experience coordinatingmaintenance, housekeeping, and external service providers.
N
Customer-focused with acommitment to delivering exceptional service.
N
Valid driving licence preferred.
