Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and performance.
Oversee and perform Windows Server administration, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
Manage storage infrastructure, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Configure, monitor, and maintain networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
Provide system administration support for Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
Ensure ITIL & ITSM processes are followed for incident, change, and problem management.
Lead a technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Perform root cause analysis for critical issues and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT projects, upgrades,



and migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and system/network administration.

Solid hands-on experience in:
Windows Server Administration
Storage & Backup Administration (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam, Commvault)
Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
Linux & Mac OS administration
In-depth knowledge of ITIL & ITSM practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Relevant certifications preferred: MCSE, VCP, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL v4, RHCSA/RHCE.
