Job Summary

We are looking for highly skilled Senior/Lead Application Support Engineers to manage and support mission-critical applications built on .NET, Angular, SQL, and Azure platforms. This role will serve as the highest level of support escalation, ensuring application stability, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidates will bring robust technical troubleshooting expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to perform effectively in a quick-paced production setting.

Your Key Responsibilities
Production support and incident/problem management
Handling major incidents (P1/P2) and ensuring timely resolution
Performing detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent fixes




Coordinating with DevOps and development teams for seamless deployments
Debugging API failures, integration issues, and batch job errors
Contributing to bug fixes and minor enhancements
Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
