Experience in risk, compliance, health safety, security, or a related field is preferred, with fluency in the local language and English.

Responsibilities
Drive a proactive risk and compliance culture by integrating risk management into business planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



Ingka rules, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal investigations, implementing mitigation plans where required.
Build awareness through training and coaching to strengthen health, safety, security, and compliance practices.
Act as the primary contact for risk and compliance matters with relevant authorities when applicable.
Coordinate crisis management planning, emergency response activities, and preparedness training.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to proactively identify, manage, and reduce business risks.
Monitor compliance performance, drive continuous improvement, and support the execution of the units Business Risk Compliance strategy.
