We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tour Operator to join our team. The role involves planning and managing travel packages along with handling customer interactions through calls to promote services and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize travel packages and itineraries
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups
Explain travel packages and services clearly to clients
Maintain booking records and customer details
Ensure smooth tour execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Positive communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Solid coordination and customer handling skills
Interest in travel and tourism industry
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
