Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound and cold calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads and enquiries.
Identify students' requirements and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, duration, advantages, and placement support over the phone.
Counsel students and parents and address their queries regarding courses and admissions.
Follow up regularly with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective students through effective communication.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions by effectively communicating the value of our courses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead conversion, and admission targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Conduct cold calling and other lead-generation activities to promote educational services.
Coordinate with the admissions, training, placement, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in educational events, fairs, and promotional activities when required.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales reports.
Stay updated about the courses, training programs, and educational industry trends.





Desired Candidate Profile
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, Business Development, or related fields.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound calling.
Good convincing, counselling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and enthusiastic about sales and customer interaction.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to achieve targets.
Good command of English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/LMS platforms is an advantage.
Pleasing personality and skilled attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Karvenagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
