Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Understand technical requirements and ensure timely execution as per project scope.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, purchase, and installation teams.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Handle in office activities such as equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure technical documentation is maintained and submitted as required.
Track material procurement and coordinate with vendor team and stores for timely availability.
Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.




Troubleshoot in office issues and coordinate with design or technical teams for resolution.

Candidate Profile
Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, assembly lines, automation systems, or material handling equipment.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD or other project planning tools.
Solid leadership and communication skills to handle inter-department coordination.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites or vendor locations when required.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
