xRole Overview The Teaching Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing teaching quality across academic programs. The role ensures adherence to academic standards, promotes teaching excellence, and supports continuous improvement through data-driven feedback and faculty development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Observe and evaluate teaching sessions to ensure quality standards.
Review lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and instructional delivery.
Analyze student feedback and academic performance metrics.
Conduct teaching quality audits and prepare evaluation reports.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to faculty members.
Identify training needs and recommend faculty development programs.
Ensure compliance with academic policies, curriculum guidelines, and institutional standards.
Monitor classroom engagement, learning outcomes, and assessment quality.
Collaborate with academic leadership to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Track KPIs related to teaching effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Commerce, Management, Education, or a related field.
Experience in teaching, academic quality assurance, or faculty evaluation is preferred.
Robust analytical, observation, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Ability to evaluate teaching effectiveness objectively.
