Role Description The Visa Consultant is a full time, in office role based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will guide clients through end-to-end visa processes, including application preparation, documentation review, and scheduling of appointments. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client eligibility, advising on appropriate visa categories, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities, and tracking application statuses.

The consultant will help clients with document attestation and apostille requirements,



ensure compliance with immigration regulations, and prepare clients for visa interviews. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying updated on immigration and consular policy changes, and delivering clear, professional communication to clients.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Immigration Issues and Immigration procedures relevant to multiple countries.

Hands-on experience working with Visas, including application processes, documentation, and interview preparation.

Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, consulates, and internal teams.

Consulting skills to assess client needs, provide tailored guidance, and manage expectations throughout the process.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documents and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple cases simultaneously under defined timelines.

Proficiency with basic office software and online application portals; prior experience in visa or immigration services is an advantage.

Relevant academic background in law, international relations, or a related field is beneficial.
