This role is essential in helping our clients IT professionals actively seeking full time employment in the USA secure job opportunities by marketing their profiles, submitting applications, and facilitating interview processes. The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure our clients land suitable roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Profile Marketing & Job Application:
Strategically market job seekers' profiles to prospective employers.
Apply for relevant positions on their behalf to maximize interview opportunities.
Interview & Assessment Coordination:
Arrange Online Assessments (OA) and schedule interviews promptly.




Keep candidates informed and prepared to avoid missing any assessment or interview.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with job seekers to ensure they remain actively engaged in the hiring process.
Provide guidance and support throughout their job search journey.
Tracking & Follow-Up:
Monitor job application progress and follow up with clients until successful placement.
Ensure seamless coordination between job seekers and hiring companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in Bench Sales/IT Staffing & Recruiting (preferred).
Robust understanding of job portals, applicant tracking systems, and skilled networking platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
