Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into consultation appointments.
Explain our hair, skin, and body treatments to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments for doctor consultations.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly appointment booking targets.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
Robust persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
