Key Responsibilities

Branch Manager
Build and manage franchise/business partner network.
Generate leads through field marketing and meetings.
Develop business in the assigned territory.
Achieve sales and business growth targets.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and franchise partners.
Submit daily activity and sales reports.

HR Executive
Handle recruitment and interview scheduling.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR reports.
Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–5 years of experience in Branch Management, HR, Sales, or Administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
