We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our course admissions team. The primary responsibility is to contact prospective students and parents, explain our training programs, generate interest, schedule counselling appointments, and encourage them to visit our office for course registration.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents using the leads provided.
Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, placement support, and career benefits.
Understand the student’s educational background and career interests.
Schedule appointments and generate walk-ins for course counselling.
Follow up consistently with interested candidates until registration.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and registrations.
Coordinate with the admission counsellors and training team.
Achieve daily calling, walk-in, and monthly registration targets.
Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Provide regular updates on lead status and admission conversions.
Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to communicate confidently in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Previous experience in telecalling, education counselling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
Eligibility:
Any degree or diploma.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.
Candidates with EdTech, training institute, college admission, or educational sales experience will be given preference.
Performance Expectations: The Telecaller will be responsible for converting enquiries into scheduled walk-ins and supporting the admissions team in converting walk-ins into successful course registrations.
