Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience processing financial transactions and approvals in a claims management system Cloud Claims experience preferred
Robust understanding of claims processing systems and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and relevant auditing software.
Preferred
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with TruckMate TMS for cross-referencing incident and shipment data
Prior experience in a logistics, transportation, or fleet management setting
Exposure to subrogation processes and recovery workflows
Knowledge of provincial WCB filing requirements across Recent Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia
