Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
10+2, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales,



or customer support (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
