Role Description The Traffic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily vehicle allocation, route planning, and load scheduling for full truck loads. This role coordinates with 3PL partners, transport companies, and drivers to ensure effective dispatch, timely deliveries, and adherence to service-level commitments.

The Traffic

Manager monitors trip progress, resolves routing and transit issues, and updates internal systems to maintain accurate, real-time information on fleet movements. The position also involves analyzing traffic patterns and utilization data, optimizing routes and capacity, and collaborating with operations and customer support teams to improve service quality and transparency. Qualifications





Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations, with a robust understanding of full truck load (FTL) and 3PL workflows.

Proficiency in route planning, dispatch coordination, and scheduling, using digital tools or transport management systems.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with drivers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple trips, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Comfort with technology, including basic Excel skills and the ability to learn logistics or fleet management software.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage operations in a quick-paced environment.

Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
