Role Description The WordPress Developer Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins, implementing front-end layouts, and ensuring websites are responsive and visually consistent across devices and browsers. The intern will help troubleshoot and fix bugs, optimize site performance, and collaborate with designers and other developers to translate project requirements into functional web pages.

The role may also involve updating content, improving user experience,

Qualifications

Foundational skills in Web Development and WordPress, including familiarity with core concepts and common tools.

Front-End Development skills with a focus on Responsive Web Design and Web Design best practices.

Basic understanding of Back-End Web Development, including working with themes, plugins, and simple integrations.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

experience with PHP and MySQL is a plus.
