Workflow Coordination: Align production goals with sales, procurement, and supply chain departments to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process.
Shift & Resource Allocation: Assign operators, establish dispatch priorities, and schedule workforce shifts to maximize line performance.
Performance Monitoring: Track and calculate key manufacturing metrics like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle times, and scrap.
Data & Reporting: Generate daily/weekly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports on production milestones, costs, and labor utilization.
