Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls and interact with customers professionally.
Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in B2C Sales or BPO/Call Centre.
12th Pass with Intermediate English communication skills.
Robust sales communication and convincing skills.
Must have a Laptop/Desktop, reliable Wi-Fi connection, and a Headset with microphone for work from home.
Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (Early Morning & Afternoon shifts).
