We are looking for a goal-oriented and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating leads, presenting our offerings to potential clients, and closing deals to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead databases.
Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service offerings.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle client objections effectively.
Drive upselling and cross-selling prospects to maximize revenue per client.
Meet and exceed daily calling targets, pipeline conversion goals, and monthly sales quotas.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales status in the CRM.




Collaborate with team members and managers to refine sales scripts and strategy.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate (Graduation Not Required).
Experience: 03 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Key Skills:
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Active listening and objection-handling techniques.
Target-driven mindset with high motivation and resilience.
Proficiency in basic MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
