Role Overview

We're looking for a creative Visual Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital, social media, performance marketing, packaging, and brand communication. You'll work closely with the Founders, marketing, and content teams to shape the visual identity of Hack Daily.
What You'll Do
Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives
Create Meta and Google ad creatives with a performance-first approach
Design product banners, landing page assets, email creatives, and website visuals
Develop packaging, labels, inserts, and other print collateral when required
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
Collaborate with content creators, performance marketers, and founders on campaigns
Stay updated with design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas




Build and maintain a library of brand templates and design assets
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
Experience designing for social media and digital marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong attention to detail and valuable communication skills
Portfolio showcasing branding, social media, or marketing design work
Preferred
Experience with D2C, FMCG, wellness, or consumer brands
Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
Understanding of performance marketing creatives
Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus
