Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) in the East Pune market.
Acquire new Channel Partners and strengthen existing relationships.
Generate quality leads through Channel Partners.
Coordinate with Sales and Closing teams to ensure smooth customer conversion.
Organize CP meets, project presentations, and engagement activities.
Achieve sourcing and revenue targets through the CP network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business prospects.
Ensure high levels of Channel Partner engagement and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in Channel Partner sourcing within residential real estate.
Strong existing CP network in East Pune is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sourcing/business targets.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Graduation is mandatory.
