Role & responsibilities
Assess patients' physical and emotional health.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Supervise and guide nursing assistants or junior nursing staff when required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold qualified nursing standards.
