Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in SolidWorks to design, develop, and improve mechanical components, assemblies, and products. The ideal candidate should have solid CAD modeling skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
Design mechanical components, sheet metal parts, weldments, and assemblies.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, and documentation.
Modify existing designs based on customer or production requirements.
Perform tolerance analysis and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and project teams.
Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer specifications.
Participate in design reviews and implement continuous improvements.
