Make outbound calls to prospective customers and dealers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide product information.
Explain the features and advantages of EV products such as batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, and spare parts.
Follow up with leads generated through the website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Address customer concerns and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
