Role Purpose : Support end-to-end supply chain planning by coordinating production planning, inventory management, S&OP;, dispatch planning, and cross-functional operations to ensure high product availability and optimum inventory levels. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate production plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities.

Support the monthly S&OP; process through planning inputs, MIS, and management reports.

Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and replenishment across plants and distribution locations.

Coordinate inter-plant transfers, charging operations, and dispatch planning to ensure timely product availability.

Track order fulfilment, dispatch execution, and supply performance while resolving planning exceptions.

Generate planning dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, QA, and Regional teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline with an MBA and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
