Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Workday HCM Core and HR systems.
Troubleshoot Workday issues related to business processes, calculated fields, security, integrations, and EIBs.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead HR system enhancements, testing, implementation, and production support.
Collaborate with global HR, business, and technical teams.
Prepare technical documentation and support user adoption.
Drive process improvements and ensure system stability.

Required Skills:
7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM Core experience.
Robust expertise in Workday Business Process Configuration, Security, Calculated Fields, Integrations, and EIBs.
Experience in global Workday implementation and production support.
Ability to gather business requirements and deliver functional solutions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a global workplace is preferred.
