Role Description The Team Lead role at Teknowgrade Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team, including planning workloads, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of learning solutions and services. This role involves mentoring team members, facilitating collaboration, and providing constructive feedback to support performance and professional growth.

Qualifications

Leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Project planning and organizational skills, with experience in managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, interpret data, and implement process improvements.

Familiarity with EdTech, learning platforms, or industry-based training programs is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Education, Engineering, or Management) or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to evolving business and learner needs.
