Team Leader Personal Loan Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate should have experience in personal loan sales, team handling, and achieving monthly business targets. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving team productivity, and ensuring quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of Telecallers.
Allocate daily leads and monitor follow-ups.
Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Motivate team members to maximize productivity and conversions.
Monitor call quality and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Assist team members in handling complex customer queries.
Track lead status and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
Prepare daily performance reports and MIS.
Coordinate with banks and internal processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Recruit and train new Telecallers whenever required.




Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

Eligibility
Minimum 13 years of experience as a Team Leader in Personal Loan, Banking, or Financial Services.
Proven experience in handling telecalling or sales teams.
Strong knowledge of Personal Loan products, Balance Transfer (BT), and banking processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.
Graduation preferred.
