We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Rebar Detailing to lead our UK-based rebar detailing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing detailing teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage rebar detailing projects from concept to completion.
Review and coordinate reinforcement detailing drawings and schedules.
Ensure compliance with UK standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Monitor project progress, quality, and delivery schedules.
Guide, mentor, and train detailing team members.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Perform quality checks and resolve technical issues.
Ensure timely submission of drawings, bar bending schedules, and project deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile




Minimum 10 years of experience in Rebar Detailing.
Proven experience working on UK Rebar Detailing Projects.
Experience in leading and managing a team of detailers and checkers.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of UK construction and reinforcement detailing standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Solid understanding of RC structures and reinforcement detailing principles.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
