Job Title: Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training, assist with daily operations, and develop the skills required to perform assigned duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn company policies, procedures, and work processes.
Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain records and prepare basic reports as required.
Follow safety, quality, and company compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Seek feedback and continuously improve performance.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, diploma,



or bachelor's degree (depending on the role).
Fresh graduates or candidates with little or no experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or relevant software.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
