Key Responsibilities:
Handle telephonic collections for assigned loan portfolios.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining customer relationships.
Achieve collection targets and maintain productivity metrics.
Update collection status accurately in the system and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele collections.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in secured and/or unsecured loan collections will be preferred.
