Job Title: Calling Executive / Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and professional Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a polite and qualified conversation.

Responsibilities
Make and receive patient calls professionally.
Explain hospital services and treatments clearly.
Schedule appointments with doctors.
Follow up with patients and maintain call records.
Answer patient queries politely and accurately.
Coordinate with hospital staff when required.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Professional and polite speaking skills.
Ability to convince and assist patients.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare is preferred but freshers can also apply.
