Should have very good academic background with consistent performance
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Good understanding of Software Engineering principles
Good understanding and formal training in any one of the industry leading Vibe Coding tool/ platform
Robust fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Basic knowledge of Databases (RDBMS concepts)
Hands-on exposure through formal training in:
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
Node.js
React or Angular
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies
Good communication and teamwork abilities
