Position: Tele Counsellor

Industry: IVF / Fertility Healthcare

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing patients.
Counsel patients regarding infertility, IVF treatments, and available services.
Understand patient concerns and guide them empathetically.
Follow up with leads regularly to improve appointment booking and conversions.
Schedule consultations with fertility specialists.
Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.
Update lead status and follow-up remarks on time.
Coordinate with doctors and the operations team for smooth patient management.
Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through professional communication.





Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
Experience using CRM software (Bitrix, Bonvoice, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and confidentiality.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, or healthcare sales.
Experience in IVF, fertility, healthcare, or hospital industry will be preferred.
