Role Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to eligible leads, gather application details, and update internal systems.
Handle inbound calls and guide customers through application to contract signing.
Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure conversion.
Share feedback and sales insights with team leads to improve performance.
Job Requirements:
6 months–1 year of tele-sales or customer service experience (preferably with dialer systems).
Positive communication in English and Hindi; confident and persuasive.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms.
Resilient and target-driven with solid follow-up skills.
