Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines to manufacture precision components.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
Monitor machine operations and make offset adjustments when required.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns, tooling issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Follow workplace safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
