A Bachelor s degree is desired, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
Robust communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
High energy, passion, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Advanced proficiency in English.
At least two years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and compile reports.
In-depth understanding of performance metrics and excellent decision-making skills.
