Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company services and generate leads.
Follow up with clients and maintain communication records.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Update call details and customer information in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of tele calling /customer support experience.
Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Robust interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
