Direct and supervise field operators to ensure the sinter plant is operated in a clean, safe, and effective manner during shift operations.
Proactively identify fire and safety hazards, taking necessary precautions and reporting in accordance with site policies and procedures.
Report any accidents, injuries, or staff sickness to the supervisor or competent authority, ensuring proper documentation of accidents/injury procedures.
Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on the work workplace and tasks.
Oversee lockout-tag out procedures and the secure isolation of equipment during shutdowns.
