We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to join our Human Resources team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR reports, and other HR documentation
Support payroll administration, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee benefits administration
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR best practices
Coordinate employee training sessions, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR administration,



HR support, recruitment, or office administration is preferred
Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee records management
Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HRIS systems is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
