We are looking for a skilled Pharma & Beauty Product Trainer with a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or equivalent degree. You will bridge the gap between pharmaceutical science and beauty care.
Your role is to train retail staff, beauty advisors, and customers on the protected use, chemical composition, and perks of dermato-cosmetic and beauty products
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Sessions: Plan and deliver engaging training programs on skin anatomy, hair structure, and active cosmetic ingredients (e.g., niacinamide, retinoids, acids).
Translate Science to Sales: Explain how chemical formulations work, addressing skin types, contraindications, and safety protocols.
Create Content: Design training manuals, presentations, and product cheat-sheets for retail store teams.
Demonstrate Application: Show correct usage techniques,
layering rules, and expected results of specific skincare lines.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with product development and marketing groups to review recent launches and ensure factual accuracy of promotional claims.
Required Qualifications
Education: D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy), B.Pharm, or higher.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience working in retail pharmacy, dermatology clinics, or as a beauty/cosmetic product trainer.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of topical formulations, dermatological products, and cosmetics.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Patience and ability to simplify technical terms for non-pharma staff.
