Duties & Responsibilities: Required Experience:

1 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Real Estate, Warehousing, Logistics, Land Acquisition, Property Survey, or Business Development. Existing exposure to Gujarat industrial markets will be preferred. FRESHERS with robust English communication skills, a willingness to travel, and an interest in building a career in the emerging Industrial & Logistics real estate sector are also encouraged to apply. The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct market surveys for industrial land, warehouses, and logistics parks.

• Maintain and regularly update property inventory and market databases.

• Track industrial transactions, pricing trends, and upcoming developments.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, occupiers, brokers, and investors.





• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.

• Prepare option sheets, property profiles, and market reports.

• Support leasing, sale, and land acquisition transactions.Travel across Gujarat for market surveys and client meetings.

Performance objectives

Number of properties surveyed and added to the database.Accuracy and quality of market intelligence data.Timely preparation of proposals and option sheets.Strength and expansion of market relationships and network.
