Role & Responsibilities
Upselling:
Engage with existing clients to promote and sell additional products/services.
Understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets.
Debt Collection:
Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Implement effective collection strategies for assigned accounts.
Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
