Role Description

Obladi Creatives is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to support lead generation and client outreach for our clients. As an advertising agency, we work with businesses across multiple industries, and you'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers on behalf of different brands.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills,



a customer-first approach, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers on behalf of our clients.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Qualify leads and gather relevant customer information.
Schedule follow-ups or appointments when required.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead statuses.
Coordinate with the internal team and submit daily call reports.
Meet daily calling and productivity targets.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
Reliable laptop/desktop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
