Role Description The Warehouse Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth product flow. Key tasks include supervising packing activities, monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.

The role involves organizing storage areas, ensuring proper handling of beverages and confectionery items, and supporting warehouse staff to meet operational targets.

Executive will also collaborate with internal teams, address basic customer or distributor queries related to deliveries, and maintain safety, hygiene,



and compliance standards within the warehouse.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to manage stock, storage, and dispatch processes efficiently.
Candidates should possess Packing skills and attention to detail to ensure products are prepared, labeled, and handled correctly.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and address delivery-related concerns.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory or ERP systems, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations, particularly in FMCG or food and beverage sectors, is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Mysore, handle moderate physical activity, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with diverse teams.
A relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
