Position Title: System Administrator

Experience: 1+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities
Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows Linux desktops and servers
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (servers, desktops, storage, peripherals)
Administer Windows Server: User, group, and permission management
Group Policies (GPO) and security policies
Ensure robust network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery operations when needed.

Candidate Profile
Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.




In-depth knowledge of network administration, including experience with firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and network security practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies.
Ability to adapt to recent technologies and learn quickly.
Added Advantage
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
Knowledge of PowerShell / Bash scripting
Understanding of system security hardening
Exposure to monitoring and performance tools
Basic knowledge of AI concepts or AI infrastructure support
