Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, and customer follow-ups.

Assign leads and ensure timely conversion through effective CRM management.

Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.

Support the team during customer interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Sales Consultants.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.





5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Valid driving license preferred.
