We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to support our office IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle system/network issues, maintain hardware and software, and support employee onboarding/offboarding.

Key Responsibilities - IT Support: Assist employees with system issues, network problems, and software troubleshooting
Infrastructure Management: Manage printers, desktops, laptops, routers, NAS, firewall, and biometric attendance devices -

Server & Network*: Handle Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and basic network administration -

Software: M365 Outlook administration, Windows OS installation and updates -

Security*: Apply basic cybersecurity practices and monitor system health -

IT Asset Management: Track IT assets, maintain inventory, and coordinate AMC/warranty - *Backup &

Maintenance*: Perform regular data backups and preventive maintenance -

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for repairs, servicing, and recent device procurement -

HR IT Support*:



Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees including account creation/deletion

Required Qualifications - Education: B.Tech in CS/EC, MCA, BCA, or B.Sc Computer Science -

Experience*: 2 to 3 years in a similar IT support / System Admin role -

Technical Skills*: - Windows OS, Active Directory, M365 Outlook - Network devices: Router, Firewall, NAS - Hardware troubleshooting, printer setup - Basic cybersecurity knowledge - IT asset management and backup procedures Preferred - Experience with biometric attendance systems -

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors

Working Hours:* 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Holidays: Sunday Second Saturday off

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
