Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Enterprise Account Leader to cater to the success of key client accounts. The selected candidate will be a key liaison between clients, business development and technology team. This person will also take responsibility for upselling and cross-selling the product suite to clients.

NResponsibilities:

Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of recent clients
N
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
N
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
N
Mine the existing accounts for recent business possibilities and utilising available resources to drive account retention and growth
N
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
N
Work cross-functionallywith business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
N




Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.

nRequirements:

N

Bachelors degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field from top-tier management school
N
13+ years of experiencein enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company
N
Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
N
Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs and cross-functional project management
N
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
N
Consultative sales background or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus
N
Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
N
Robust organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
